Aqua-Manna Aquaculture Components

Aqua-Manna is now offering its recirculating aquaculture equipment as individual components.  Each component has been designed and tested under culture conditions.   We can help you configure these components into your system as we have done throughout the aquaculture, research, and yard pond industries.

The SETO Vacuum Drum Filter The Aqua Manna SETO Vacuum Drum Filter: Automatic variable speed filter continuously filters solids from the water, handling up to 1.7 million gallons per day.  Known throughout the industry for its durability and low maintenance, this unit can filter 1200 gallons per minute. The solids are automatically sent to a diversion area that fits your situation.  SETO's can be set up in stand alone stainless steel tank with our standard 6" ports or we can build a tank to your specifications or fit it in to your system as necessary.   The SETO is now direct driven by a variable speed 1/8 HP motor to a UHMW drive wheel on the drum.  Built completely out of stainless steel and plastic, our SETOs will work for you a long time.   Aqua-Manna Multifunctional Water Hawg Pumps    This fractional horsepower pump is know for its dependability, low energy usage and the fact that it can move in excess of 600 gallons per minute, foam fractionates and supplies in excess of 1 pound of oxygen per hour while stripping carbon dioxide from the water. This pump is truly remarkable, made of stainless steel and UHMW polyethylene  it is virtually indestructible.   There are three designs currently avaialable.  Shown to the right our 1/3 HP pump designed for use in our fish growout and nursery recirculating systems.   A 1 HP 3 Phase stainless steel motor is also available for this model.    On the left is our multifunctional pump for use in our indoor shrimp pods.  This pump comes standard with  a 1 HP 3 Phase or single phase stainless steel motor.   Suited to handle up to 6000 gallons of water in a heterotrophic shrimp rearing system.  Our multifunctional pump for pond use is shown on the right.   This pond can be placed in the center of an intensive culture shrimp pond to aid in keeping solids suspended throughout the pond.  Initial results from the  Harligen Shrimp Farm, in Harligen, Texas appear promising.  Shown here in one of our shrimp tanks the Pond Shrimp Pump is designed more for water movement than aeration.        Bottom left you can see the fish culture Water Hawg pump has been modified to function as a waterfall to be used in garden ponds, lifting water as much as 60" and still supplying hundreds of gallons of oxygen saturated water.         Aqua Manna Rotating Biological Contactor (RBC):  This revolutionary RBC is powered by a unique gear drive system, that keeps the biolfilters turning at an optimal four rpm. Virtually maintenance free and because of the design, is self cleaning.    These filters are turned by an 1/8 HP motor geared to UHMW, outer sheets of the RBC.  The media of used in the is our own proprietary double dimpled PVC sheets we produce in our shop.     Aqua-Manna Tank Frames and Liners       At Aqua-Manna, we build all of our tanks out of 1 1/2" square tube 3/16" cold rolled steel.   The steel is then hot dipped galvanized to decrease corrosion.  The frames are designed as snap together ribs and tied together in 2 foot sections.  The entire tank frame can easily fit through a standard 3 ft door, unassembled.   Treated plywood is then fitted to the inside of frame and then covered with a liner.   We use Goodyear Butyl Rubber in make our liners which we build to fit into every tank.  Aquaculture equipment leasing options are available through online resources.
