Aqua-Manna Industrial Aeration

Aqua-Manna uses the design of its multifunctional aquaculture pump to produce an all purpose low head pump for use in mixing and aeration in the wastewater treatment industry.  This fractional horsepower pump is know for its dependability, low energy usage and the fact that it can move in excess of 600 gallons per minute, foam fractionates and supplies in excess of 1 pound of oxygen per hour while stripping carbon dioxide from the water. This pump is truly remarkable, made of stainless steel and UHMW polyethylene  it is virtually indestructible.   There are three designs currently avaialable.  Shown to the right our 1/3 HP single phase pump, which moves 600 gpm on less than 7 amps of electricity.   A 1 HP 3 Phase stainless steel motor is also available for this model.    On the left is our multifunctional pump which  comes standard with  a 1 HP 3 Phase or single phase stainless steel motor.   These pumps can be modified to sit on a pump stand or floated with a buoy, the intake can pull water from any where in the water column, top to bottom, and the discharge can be directed in any pattern or direction as the situation calls for.  The pumps can also be altered to either aerate  or circulate water most efficiently, again to meet your needs.  Bottom left you can the fish culture Water Hawg pump has been modified to function as a waterfall to be used in garden ponds, lifting water as much as 60" and still supplying hundreds of gallons of oxygen saturated water.
